Negotiating Sub-Committee

The Negotiating Subcommittee is formed from members of the EPC. This group bargains directly with a team from the employer. The bargaining process is intended to work towards mutually agreed improvements to the collective agreement. Processes are regulated through Labour Relations legislation.
